CANCELLATION POLICY

I kindly request that you cancel your appointment 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment date and time. Less than 48 hours notice will be charged at minimum a late cancellation fee of 50%. As a courtesy I do give a 10 minute grace period. Late arrivals that are more than 15 minutes late and need to be rescheduled will be treated as a late cancellation. I sincerely appreciate your support and thank you for your understanding and acknowledgement of this policy.
